Introduction This is an overview of the major skills that I was expected to master in English 101. In English 101, I was expected to be able to analyze the purpose and context of a text, use critical thinking to participate in our societies most necessary conversations, be able to compose texts through collaboration and our reflections, and be able to understand popular conventions as related to a texts purpose, audience and genre. In order to demonstrate these four skills, I have listed four assignments that I believe that best demonstrate me mastering these skills. Table of Contents Goal 1: Rhetorical Awareness.
